• 2 x full-time posts (37.5hrs per week) to start April 2021
• Part-time and job share options to cover the hours of both posts will be openly considered
• Salary £21,012 p/a (pro-rata for part-time and job share options)

Get Out More CIC, is a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. We are recruiting for experienced forest school and outdoor playworkers to help us to deliver successful programmes working with people across the Bradford district. We are looking for experienced practitioners who can lead a varied programme, including forest schools, outdoor play and community engagement activities for children and families. The right people will be self-motivated and good communicators, able to confidently liaise with a wide range of partner organisations and engage people of all ages from a range of backgrounds.

The ideal candidates should have a Forest School Level 3 qualification including up to date Outdoor First Aid qualification. They will be skilled and experienced forest school practitioners with a passion for working in the outdoors and enthusiasm to share it with others.
