Wellbeing Wednesdays: Parks around Keighley

A wellbeing group for adults in Cliffe Castle Park to reduce stress and feel more positive. Activities such as natural crafts, nature walks, fire lighting, campfire cooking, clay art, and whittling will be incorporated. There are some steep hills in the park. No dogs or children please.
The session will run from 1pm until 3pm, meeting outside the cafe at Cliffe Castle.
This is a child-free and dog-free session to allow relaxation for all
participants. Please switch your mobile phone to silent at the
beginning of the event and avoid making and receiving calls during the
session.

The group will be run by:
Sue Barker from Get Out More, a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. Sue is a qualified forest school leader.
Free event but places must be booked in advance. If the group is full, please add your name to the waiting list.

Val Preston of Truly Essential Holistic and Tai chi
